Delete your Liquid Notes account

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to soepicappsdeveloper@gmail.com using the subject line Liquid Notes Account Deletion.
2. Include the email address you used to create or sign in to your Liquid Notes account so we can identify the correct account.
3. We may contact you to confirm the request before deletion is completed.

What will be deleted

When your request is processed, we will delete the account information associated with your Liquid Notes sign-in, such as your registered email address and related authentication identifiers stored for account access.

What may remain on your device

Notes, reminders, and other content stored locally on your device are not removed automatically from your phone by an email deletion request. To remove local app data, delete your notes inside the app and uninstall the app or clear the app storage from your Android device settings.

Retention period

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 7 business days. In limited cases, we may retain minimal records related to the deletion request for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, after which they are removed according to our internal retention practices.
